Frisk is expected to remain as an adviser until Sept. 1, the company revealed in a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> release that did not give a specific reason for the change.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n       \u201cUnder Armour is evolving to meet the needs of our athletes worldwide. As we transition, we are committed to identifying additional opportunities to drive improved returns for our shareholders and deliver for athletes, partners and teammates,\u201d Plank, who is still executive chairman of the company, said in a statement. \u201cThere is a huge opportunity in front of us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The board plans to search for internal and external candidates to permanently replace Frisk, according to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/about.underarmour.com\/investor-relations\/news-events-presentations\/corporate-news\/id\/23076\" class=\"icon none\">the announcement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am extremely proud of what we\u2019ve accomplished as a team,\u201d Frisk said in a statement. \u201cTogether, we have done a tremendous amount of work to strengthen this iconic brand while significantly solidifying its operations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Under Armor stock has declined 46.2% so far this year, as the S&amp;P 500 index<br \/>\n        SPX,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210599714\/realtime\" class=\"negative\">-4.04%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       has declined 14.2%.
