strangulation against Florida singer and r<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>er Rodarius Marcell Green (Rod Wave) has been dropped, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/news\/rod-wave-has-felony-battery-case-dropped\/\">Pitchfork reports<\/a> and a court document reviewed by The FADER confirms. Green was arrested on May 2 after an altercation with his ex-girlfriend. \u201cFrom the investigation which has been made, it is the opinion of the writer that this case is not suitable for prosecution,\u201d an Osceola County state attorney explains in the filing.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>            In a verbal statement by Green\u2019s ex-girlfriend paraphrased in the warrant for Green\u2019s arrest (also reviewed by The FADER), she told a deputy sheriff that Green had \u201cput his hands around her neck choking her to where she couldn\u2019t breathe\u201d while \u201caccusing her of talking to other men.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>            \u201cThis case was a misunderstanding between a Girlfriend and Boyfriend,\u201d Green\u2019s attorney Bradford Cohen wrote in a prepared statement to The FADER. \u201cThat misunderstanding resulted in Mr. Green\u2019s arrest.  After review of the evidence and speaking with witnesses, the State entered a Nolle Pross\/ No Info on the matter and will not be pursuing charges.
