After documenting his 95-day struggle with COVID, she has since risen to fame \u2013 joining as a co-host on<em> The Talk<\/em>, competing on season 30 of<em> Dancing With The Stars<\/em>, and even writing a book and upcoming movie, <em>Live Your Life<\/em>. While it may seem like she has it together, Amanda admitted in a new interview on <em>CBS Mornings<\/em> Thursday that she is still feeling the loss of Nick all the time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Kelly Rizzo Meets Amanda Kloots: \u2018New Friends In A Club We Didn\u2019t Ever Think We\u2019d Be In\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the former fitness instructor, her grief will often hit her like \u201ca ton of bricks out of nowhere,\u201d like when a <strong>Journey<\/strong> song randomly comes on in the car that Nick previously sang in the Broadway show <em>Rock of Ages<\/em>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI went to a show last night. I got home, and I was pulling into the driveway, and a song from Journey came on that Nick sang in \u2018Rock of Ages,\u2019 and I just\u2026 I looked over at, you know, the passenger\u2019s seat. And it was empty. And it hits you like a ton of bricks. And then you know you have to go into the house, and it\u2019s all fine. But it\u2019s those moments where you\u2019re just like \u2018What h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ened?\u2019 And then it hits you, you\u2019re alone. I\u2019m alone. I am all alone. I lost him.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>She then confessed that she misses having someone by her side, expressing:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI miss having somebody to come home to, and I miss laughing with somebody. Every time I retell this story, it\u2019s amazing how helpful it is in this grieving journey. Grief does not stop. Loss, death \u2014 it does not end.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Although Amanda will forever mourn the loss of Nick, she confirmed to the outlet that she still has been trying to get back out there and wants to find a person to share her life with again. However, the television personality is not currently dating anyone at this time. Sorry to those who have been shipping her and <em>Bachelorette<\/em> alum <strong>Michael Allio<\/strong>! She said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI want to love again. I want to have another person in my life. I want Elvis to have a father figure in his life.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Very understandable\u2026<\/p>\n<p>But just because she is back in the dating <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>, it does not mean she is replacing her hubby nor trying to have their 2-year-old son forget about his dad:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cYou\u2019re not taking the place of Nick. It\u2019s not ever that. It\u2019s just that Nick was a part of my life.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Honestly, we are happy that Amanda is getting back out there again \u2014 and we wish her nothing but the best during this journey to find love.
