Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">App<\/a>le has built a selection of snooze-friendly sounds into the phone.<\/p>\n<p>That includes rain sounds and even white noise.<\/p>\n<p>These\u00a0iPhone\u00a0noises are designed to help you\u00a0shut out the world\u00a0around you.<\/p>\n<p>There are plenty of reasons you might want to, including trying to get to sleep.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe you\u2019re trying to sleep in a strange location, or on a long flight or train ride.<\/p>\n<p>White noise and rain sounds have both been linked to better sleep.<\/p>\n<p>Thankfully,\u00a0Apple\u00a0offers\u00a0a whole range of sounds\u00a0on the iPhone for shutting out the world.<\/p>\n<p>There are six options to choose from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Balanced Noise<\/li>\n<li>Bright Noise<\/li>\n<li>Dark Noise<\/li>\n<li>Ocean<\/li>\n<li>Rain<\/li>\n<li>Stream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The first time that you use them, you\u2019ll need to download them from Apple.<\/p>\n<p>But it only takes a few seconds with a good internet connection.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_turn_on_iPhone_Background_Sounds\"><\/span>How to turn on iPhone Background Sounds<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Go into your Settings app, then choose\u00a0Accessibility\u00a0&gt; Accessibility &gt; Accessibility Shortcut and then choose Background Sounds.<\/p>\n<p>Now when you <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp;
