The office published photos of fishermen hauling their boats up on beaches to protect them from the storm.<\/p>\n<p>Municipal authorities in Huatulco ordered \u201cthe absolute closure\u201d of all the resort\u2019s beaches and its famous \u201cseven bays,\u201d many of which are reachable only by boat.
