\n Leah Remini thinks that Tom Cruise is waiting until Suri Cruise, his 14-year-old daughter with ex-wife Katie Holmes, is older so he can indoctrinate her into Scientology.<\/p>\n

\u201cScientology considers Katie a suppressive person which is an enemy and therefore Tom believes, like all Scientologists, that he can\u2019t be connected to Suri,\u201d Remini, 50, told the NY Post. \u201cI\u2019m sure his master plan is to wait until Suri gets older so that he can lure her into Scientology and away from her mother.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cKing of Queens\u201d star also admitted to being surprised when Holmes abruptly left Cruise in 2012.<\/p>\n

\u201cI knew Katie when she was in (Scientology) and she seemed very indoctrinated into Tom\u2019s world,\u201d she said, \u201cbut as time went on, and I understood why she did what she did to protect her daughter \u2026 I\u2019m only assuming that there\u2019s some type of agreement to protect her daughter.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reps for Cruise did not respond to The Post\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n

Still, Remini added that she is \u201creally proud\u201d of Holmes \u201cfor getting her daughter out of something that would have been potentially very toxic and dangerous for not only Suri but for their relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n

Remini was raised as a Scientologist from 9 after her mother joined the organization. She left in 2013 after questioning the managing style of the church\u2019s leader David Miscavige.<\/p>\n

Two years later she published a memoir \u201cTroublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology.\u201d The actress also had a documentary series<\/a> on A&E \u2014 \u201cLeah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath\u201d \u2014 which delved into former Scientologists\u2019 experiences since leaving the group.<\/p>\n

Upon learning the show\u2019s 2019 series finale would focus on allegations church policy prohibits members from reporting accusations of sexual and physical violence to authorities, a rep for the Church of Scientology told The Post at the time:<\/p>\n

\u201cLeah Remini has blood on her hands. Her show\u2019s lies, distortions and exhortations to hate and bigotry generated assassination threats against the leader of the Scientology religion, physical attacks on churches, and the murder of a Scientology religious worker whose throat was slashed by a madman egged on by Remini\u2019s horrendous distortions. Perpetrators who were jailed for their crimes named Remini as their inspiration.\u201d<\/p>\n

In July, however, Remini and another former Scientologist, Mike Rinder, launched a podcast, \u201cScientology: Fair Game<\/a>,\u201d \u00a0as a way to continue the conversation in real time versus a television series.<\/p>\n

The \u201cSecond Act\u201d actress also alleges that Cruise is \u201cnot a good person\u201d who \u201ccontinues to sit by and watch people\u2019s lives get destroyed, including the disapp<\/a>earance of his best friend\u2019s wife, Shelly Miscavige, who has not been seen in public in 15 years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Even though Remini has her house checked for bugs and takes precautions she refuses to bow to pressure.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the end of the day, I can\u2019t live my life in fear of doing the right thing because I\u2019m fearful that something is going to happen to me. I mean, I have a daughter that\u2019s where really my concern is. I don\u2019t want my daughter to ever get caught up in this.\u201d\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
