Her children are now three and two years old.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>SW\u2019s three-year-old child is non-verbal and has challenging behavior due to Fragile X syndrome.\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/05\/sperm-donor.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"Doctor holding urine sample cup. She became pregnant with her second child while MacDougall lived at her home during the COVID-19 lockdown until she asked him to leave in June 2020.<\/p>\n<p>SW claimed he made sexual comments toward her and showered with the baby at least twice. He was arrested in June 2020 for attacking her.<\/p>\n<p>In a different court, MacDougall won a case allowing him to have regular contact with a boy he fathered who was born in July 2018.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n    <\/aside>\n<p>The child returned with non-accidental bruises, and Justice Lieven adjourned the case until social services could get a report.<\/p>\n<p>MacDougall went with private sperm donations because he knew he couldn\u2019t go through a clinic with his condition, the court heard.<\/p>\n<p>The judge had no confidence in MacDougall explaining to the mothers the implications of Fragile X syndrome.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is a very specific benefit in his being named in the hope that women will look him up on the internet and see this judgment,\u201d the judge said after refusing his lawyer\u2019s request for anonymity.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe usual approach of anonymity in the Family Courts should not be used as a way for parents to behave in an unacceptable manner and then hide behind the cloak of anonymity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>MacDougall\u2019s adoptive parents, June and John, spoke to the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-10870429\/Family-sperm-donor-fathered-15-children-say-kind-hearted.html\">Daily Mail<\/a> in their son\u2019s defense, claiming he is a \u201cvictim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is kind-hearted and would do anything for anybody, but he is gullible,\u201d June said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe didn\u2019t seek any money, as far as we are aware, for providing that service, he just did it,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>MacDougall was accused of taking advantage of the women\u2019s desire to have children without any concern for the impact his condition would have.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
