According to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fox13memphis.com\/news\/local\/men-accused-killing-young-dolph-appearing-court-this-morning\/QBKBCC62YJET7BW4UDHO4PJJKQ\/\"><em>FOX13 Memphis,\u00a0<\/em><\/a>Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith were in court on Friday (May 27) where their attorneys asked to reschedule.<\/p>\n<p>As reporter Jeremy Pierre explained in a tweet, \u201cYOUNG DOLPH ACCUSED KILLERS COURT DATE RESET: Cornelius Smith and Justin Johnson\u2019s attorneys have request today\u2019s hearing to be rest to July 1st. Smith\u2019s bond hearing will be on that day as well. Attorneys say they have received new discovery in the case that needs to be viewed.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">YOUNG DOLPH ACCUSED KILLERS COURT DATE RESET:<br \/>Cornelius Smith and Justin Johnson\u2019s attorneys have request today\u2019s hearing be reset to July 1st. <br \/>Smith\u2019s Bond hearing will be on that day as well. Other factors are flight risk.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Young Dolph was fatally shot\u00a0in November 2021 as he was picking up baked goods from Makeda\u2019s Homemade Cookies. Dolph was in his hometown for the annual Thanksgiving turkey giveaway at\u00a0St. James Missionary Baptist Church when the shooting incident took place.
