It now has nearly 3 billion users worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>He has been chief growth officer and vice president of cross-Meta products and infrastructure since 2018, managing \u201cproducts and functions that span the four large Meta applications: Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, and Messenger,\u201d according to his LinkedIn page.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve primarily been behind-the-scenes, focused on working with our teams to build products that serve billions of people and millions of businesses around the world,\u201d Oliver wrote in Wednesday\u2019s Facebook post. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs Meta continues to grow, one of my biggest priorities will be to ensure that the business products and partnerships sides of our company are in lockstep.
