The identity of the new owner isn\u2019t im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely clear.<\/p>\n<p>The home stands in affluent Brentwood, at <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sothebysrealty.com\/eng\/sales\/detail\/180-l-1201-p63724\/506-n-carmelina-avenue-los-angeles-ca-90049\">506 North Carmelina Ave.<\/a>, and it\u2019s where the \u201cGolden Girls\u201d titan lived at the time of her death this past New Year\u2019s Eve at age 99 \u2014 <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2021\/12\/31\/betty-white-dead-at-99\/?_ga=2.132187656.784808429.1653931181-133616785.1652910800\">less than three weeks<\/a> from her 100th birthday and less than a week after having a stroke. Following her death, fans gathered outside the property to pay their respects for the star, who entertained generations of viewers during the course of her more than 80-year career.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the charm of the standing home, a 1952-built structure accented with canary yellow shutters, the listing notes the property would be sold for land value, adding it affords a buyer the chance to build their dream home on a flat lot. What\u2019s more: prospective buyers couldn\u2019t get interior access to the home during visits. (The home, however, was known to have a room full of stuffed animals, due to her lifelong love of animals. The grounds also have gardens and mature trees.<\/p>\n<p>White and her late husband, Allen Ludden, bought the spread in 1968. Its selling points: its proximity to various studios where she worked, as well as its privacy. <\/p>\n<p>The couple also owned a seaside home in Carmel, Calif. \u2014 they purchased the land for it in 1978 \u2014 which was reportedly her dream home after its construction.
