Prosecutors describe the camp as \u201cless than a military school and a little bit tougher than a summer camp.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The initial incident h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ened on Aug. 6, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>An initial\u00a0statement by Gascon\u00a0provided to Fox <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">News<\/a> Digital said that the Los Angeles County Sheriff\u2019s Department agreed with the charges and sentencing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFortunately, the baby was uninjured, and the mother received a laceration to her elbow,\u201d his office told Fox News Digital Friday. \u201cThe Sheriff\u2019s Department agreed with the felony charges that were filed.\u00a0At arraignment, the minor admitted two felony counts of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury and one felony count of hit-and-run. LASD was not involved in the decision on the felony charge, as they were not the investigating agency in that case,\u201d a spokesperson for the district attorney\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n<p>Villanueva had earlier said that his office was not consulted regarding the charges.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were never consulted as we were not the investigating agency,\u201d the Los Angeles official wrote on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook<\/a> and Twitter early Saturday. \u201cSheriff\u2019s investigators would never be OK with the lightweight sentencing in this hit-and-run case. Stop empowering and encouraging criminal behavior. He tried to murder two innocent pedestrians. Murder. And we have video evidence.
