Some investors and analysts have viewed Musk\u2019s Twitter deal as a potential distraction from his work at Tesla. Days later, he responded to a post from Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal about steps the company is taking to combat bots with a poop emoji.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The company offered in an SEC filing last week to give Musk additional information on how it measures spam bots \u2014 but Musk\u2019s attorneys claimed the offer was \u201cmerley an attempt to obfuscate and confuse the issue.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTwitter\u2019s latest offer to simply provide additional details regarding the company\u2019s own testing methodologies, whether through written materials or verbal explanations, is tantamount to refusing Mr.\u00a0Musk\u2019s data requests,\u201d Musk\u2019s lawyers said Monday. \u201cMr.\u00a0Musk has made it clear that he does not believe the company\u2019s lax testing methodologies are adequate so he must conduct his own analysis.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>One ex-Twitter engineer believes that the best way for Musk to test Twitter\u2019s spam claims would be to create his own army made up of millions of bots, as The Post exclusively reported last week.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
