In their award determination, \u00a0the jury decreed that the <em>Pirates of the Caribbean<\/em> star\u00a0receive $10.35 million in damages from the defamation, with the 36-year-old Heard set to gain $2 million in damages from her countersuit.<\/p>\n<p>Now, insiders are speaking out to\u00a0<em>People<\/em> from both camps in the days following the jury\u2019s decision.<\/p>\n<p>On Amber\u2019s side, it sounds like she\u2019s trying to take the time to reflect after her courtroom loss. Revealing inner details to the mag, an insider explained that the\u00a0<em>Aquaman<\/em> star is \u201cstill upset\u201d about the jury\u2019s decision, and \u201cjust doesn\u2019t understand how\u201d things went against her even \u201cwith all the evidence her legal team presented.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Still, the actress \u2014 who welcomed her first baby, daughter\u00a0<strong>Oonagh Paige<\/strong>, back in 2021 \u2014 is trying to determine what is the best course of action moving forward:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAmber spent the weekend with her baby daughter.
