Gendered or not, she\u2019s sick of it,\u201d said one person who worked alongside Sandberg for many years.<\/p>\n<p>During her tenure, Sandberg spearheaded development of the Facebook advertising juggernaut that comprises the vast bulk of Meta\u2019s revenue. <\/p>\n<p>Zuckerberg was effusive in his praise of Sandberg in a post reacting to her exit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLooking forward, I don\u2019t plan to replace Sheryl\u2019s role in our existing structure.
