third season with some major twists. Speaking to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ew.com\/tv\/the-boys-season-3-jensen-ackles-soldier-boy-payback-explainer\/\">EW<\/a> about season 3, showrunner Eric Kripke said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n&#8220;One of the things I love most about the world in [The Boys] comic books isn&#8217;t just how fleshed out it is, but the history of it. It goes back 60, 70 years and it&#8217;s just as fleshed out as it is today. One of the reasons that we&#8217;re getting into Soldier Boy [in season 3] and that team, Payback, is we&#8217;re interested in exploring a little bit of how we got here. Through the history of the supes, we can tell a little bit about the history of America and how we ended up in the current fraught position that we&#8217;re in. Portrayed by Laz Alonso, M.M. is brought into the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> of superhero-focused revenge after the death of his father, a lifestyle he eventually left behind to lead a relatively normal existence with his wife and daughter. After this traumatic incident, a revenge-hungry Hughie finds himself caught up in Billy Butcher\u2019s war against the Seven.
