Instead, the fish begins to use louse as a pseudo-tongue.<\/p>\n<p>Once the real tongue is drained of its blood, the louse remains there for the rest of its days, feeding off mucus and leftover blood around the mouth.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter users reacted in horror and wonderment to Dr Evans\u2019 scans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh, cool.
