Employers have emphasized efforts to keep their workers h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>y in an extremely tight labor market \u2014 with the national unemployment rate currently hovering at just 3.6%.<\/p>\n<p>But the labor market is expected to cool in the months ahead as the Federal Reserve hikes interest rates to tame decades-high inflation. The 82-year-old also owns the NFL\u2019s Miami Dolphins and has an estimated fortune of $8.2 billion, according to Forbes.<\/p>\n<p>Employers in some sectors, including cryptocurrency and real estate firms, have already begun making layoffs.
