He also was not exonerated.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s what Harris County (Texas) District Attorney Kim Ogg wants everyone to remember about the gray area surrounding Watson as civil lawsuits accusing the Cleveland Browns quarterback of sexual misconduct continue to mount. A Harris County grand jury did not indict Watson \u2014 the former Houston Texans star \u2014 on nine criminal complaints in March, and that verdict cleared a path for his trade to the Browns.<\/p>\n<p>In a legal context, failing to meet the burden of proof is not the same as declaring innocence, however.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">App<\/a>earing on <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/podcasts.apple.com\/us\/podcast\/67-harris-county-da-kim-ogg-explains-the-deshaun\/id1478344564?i=1000566978514\">\u201cThe Mike Meltser Podcast\u201d<\/a> dedicated to sports law, Ogg wrapped up the interview by saying, \u201cWe respect our justice process. I love the law. It\u2019s designed to get to the truth. That\u2019s really what people want. I don\u2019t think as a culture we can live with injustice.\u00a0Remember, a grand jury no bill is not an exoneration.
