Downs<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Additionally, then-First Lady Chirlane McCray\u2019s detail transported personal items \u2014 an act that amounted to a \u201cmisuse of NYPD resources for a personal benefit,\u201d the investigation found.<\/p>\n<p>DOI\u2019s 49-page investigation found the NYPD in 2019 paid about $320,000 to follow de Blasio on the presidential campaign trail, including a\u00a0previously reported <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp;
