The tour was announced following a grueling bout of COVID-19 Scarface experienced in 2020 that resulted in organ failure and over a year of dialysis treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately he recovered,\u00a0 but fans\u00a0assumed his final show was the\u00a0sold-out House of Blues performance in Houston that went down last November.\u00a0But it seems the rapper isn\u2019t quite done yet, as his last show will now be on August 27 at the Ector Theater in Odessa, Texas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m done with the rap,\u201d he told\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.houstoniamag.com\/arts-and-culture\/2021\/11\/scarface-bids-houston-farewell-at-the-house-of-blues-this-month\"><em>Houstonia<\/em>\u00a0magazine<\/a>\u00a0ahead of the previously mentioned House of Blues performance. \u201cIf I could, I would love to go into a different lane of music. Maybe blues or rock. Maybe alternative.
