Frances is nearly 30 herself now (!!!), so she\u2019s had a lot of Father\u2019s Days since to grieve, to cope, and to figure out a process for dealing with the pain. And she wants to help.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related:\u00a0Tennis Star Jelena Dokic Reveals She Almost Took Her Own Life In Heartbreaking Post<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>She wrote on her\u00a0<strong>Instagram Stories<\/strong> on Sunday:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cToday can be complicated for a lot of people. So I just thought I would share my yearly tradition for this day. I try to use whatever energy I\u2019m feeling (sometimes sad, sometimes deeply wounded or lost, but in more recent years curious &amp; compassionate) to bring into the world something that hasn\u2019t previously existed, through some kind of creative outlet.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It\u2019s so good to hear that the feelings of being \u201clost\u201d are mostly in the past.<\/p>\n<p>As far as creative outlets, she\u2019s been using music and visual art \u2014 and excelled at both.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Angel - Frances Bean Cobain\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/C92ZAKhEsYE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>She continued:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI like to believe that if something beautiful can co-exist along side something sad or complicated then that allows room for those emotions to be circulated with intention and meaning.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It\u2019s a really productive philosophy \u2014 and something we\u2019re sure a LOT of people out there could benefit from. After all, a lot of parents have left their children alone, intentionally and not. Plenty are still around but failed their kids horribly in some way.<\/p>\n<p>We just think it\u2019s beautiful that Frances has moved into a state where she\u2019s thinking of others right now. That\u2019s really something. \u201cCurious and compassionate\u201d indeed. She concluded:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSending whatever needs to be sent your way today\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Such a kind sentiment.
