Passed out in the sand, the man is essentially left for dead by the first one, while the second woman helps him up in an effort to save his life.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy heart was able to bleed through the pen after being confronted with life threatening circumstances, which became the inspiration for \u2018BLOOD STAIN,&#8217;\u201d Cons tells <em>HipHopDX.<\/em> \u201cDirected by Zachary Wanerman, this visual is a metaphorical depiction of actual events that will remain a constant reminder that I will carry with me always.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd that is\u2026you should <em>never<\/em> share your soul with a person who would be willing to count you out. In September 2020, <em>DX<\/em> attended a private listening party for an EP he was working on called <em>Things Are Different Now.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>At the top of the virtual event, the\u00a0A Tribe Called Quest\u00a0affiliate (and Q-Tip\u2019s cousin) revealed he\u2019d been diagnosed with the autoimmune disorder lupus earlier that summer.\u00a0At first, Cons \u2014 who already had Type II diabetes \u2014 said he couldn\u2019t figure out what was going on with his health and feared it was\u00a0COVID-19.\u00a0But instead, he was told he had the same disease the legendary producer J Dilla battled prior to his 2006 death.<\/p>\n<p>He mentioned it was \u201cGod\u2019s will\u201d he\u2019s still here and he had to find a way to pick himself up off the couch and \u201cget back to being Consequence.\u201d His son Caiden Mills played an integral role in helping him move forward.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s really my blessing from God,\u201d he said at the time. \u201cWhen it got stupid for me, he was right here like, \u2018Yo, come on, you just gotta get your muscles back. Come on daddy, you can do it.\u2019 He\u2019s my little superstar. He definitely re-charged the Tesla for me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After his diagnosis, Consequence\u2019s health was at an all-time low. He barely weighed over 100 pounds and people quickly assumed he was on drugs \u2014 but they were gravely mistaken.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll my cells were on fire and that\u2019s why I couldn\u2019t move and shit,\u201d he said. \u201cI was fucked up, never in my life fucked up like this. But God\u2019s will is God\u2019s will. Eventually, it was discovered what it was. Literally, I\u2019m so fucking crazy I flew to Wyoming at 107 pounds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI put a picture up of me and Caiden\u2019s birthday party and I was probably like a buck-fourteen, but I was h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>y because I worked to get to that because I got hit with a double whammy. My diabetes went from Type II to Type 1 with the lupus \u2019cause I had to take steroid that runs your sugar up. Because I didn\u2019t know none of this shit, I was still eating the same shit and it was actually melting from the inside.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Now with a better grasp on his condition, Consequence is moving full steam ahead with <em>Nice Doing Business With You<\/em>. The release date, which was originally scheduled for this month, was pushed back. No release date has been announced.
