Smith on Wednesdays on \u201cFirst Take\u201d is for $10,000 an episode \u2014 and 40 dates.<\/p>\n<p>Consider that this is Russo\u2019s third job. It\u2019s fun! We laugh! We fool around. We talk sports. We talk all these topics. You\u2019re not following that?\u201d Russo said. <\/p>\n<p>Stern continued to have no idea what Russo was talking about. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo, I\u2019m not, I didn\u2019t know you were on TV, but good for you \u2014 maybe that will help you get into the Radio Hall of Fame.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stern continued to say that he doesn\u2019t know what the show is: \u201cI don\u2019t know \u2018First Take,\u2019 Second Take, Third Take \u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"\/>\n<p>Not only that, Stern did not seem to even know who Stephen A. Smith was, and required an explanation about him from a producer. Stern then wanted to know why Russo would go on with another screamer: \u201cIsn\u2019t that too much screaming?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Russo then pointed out that he was at a recent graduation party and approached by two college athletes in their twenties \u2014 a pitcher at Fordham, and a lacrosse player at Penn \u2014 who told him they watch his appearances weekly. <\/p>\n<p>Russo has been going on with Howard Stern for a very long time, but clearly Stern has just been following the Mad Dog\u2019s radio exploits.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
