A date for the trial is yet to be set.<\/p>\n<p>Mario Baudry, a lawyer for one of\u00a0Maradona\u2019s sons, said the World Cup winner was \u201cin a situation of helplessness\u201d at the time of his death.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs soon as I saw the cause, I said it was homicide.
