\n Cops are looking for a man who struck a cop in the head with a glass object in Lower Manhattan.<\/span>

\n Police are hunting a man who struck a cop in the head with a glass object in Lower Manhattan as officers arrested a burglary suspect last week, authorities said.<\/p>\n

Officers were on patrol June 1 around 2:10 a.m. when they spotted a burglary in progress at a convenience store on Walker Street near Baxter Street, cops said.<\/p>\n

As they placed a suspect under arrest, a man attacked an officer \u2014 leaving him with lacerations to his head, according to police.<\/p>\n

He was treated for his injuries at New York Downtown Hospital.<\/p>\n

The suspect, who remained at large Tuesday morning, is between 20 and 25 years old and was last seen wearing a black jacket, white shirt, blue jeans and yellow and black sneakers, cops said.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
