Deborah passed away peacefully today, surrounded by her family.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDeborah, who many of you will know as Bowelbabe, was an inspiration and we are incredibly proud of her and her work and commitment to charitable campaigning, fundraising and her endless efforts to raise awareness of cancer that touched so many lives.\u201d <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img Eloise, 12, and Hugo, 14.<\/p>\n<p>In early May, James penned a <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/health\/18518374\/deborah-james-final-column-bowel-cancer\/\">heartbreaking farewell column for the Sun<\/a>, announcing she had run out of treatment options and
