Well, <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>arently, author <strong>E.L. James<\/strong> was cracking the whip a bit too much. Johnson confessed to <em>Vanity Fair<\/em>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI signed up to do a very different version of the film we ended up making.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The 32-year-old explained that it \u201cwas always a battle\u201d with James on set, like the author wanting Dakota\u2019s character to say her inner monologue \u2014 which the actress said could be \u201cincredibly cheesy\u201d \u2014 out loud. She added:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cShe had a lot of creative control, all day, every day, and she just demanded that certain things happen. There were parts of the books that just wouldn\u2019t work in a movie, like the inner monologue, which was at times incredibly cheesy. It wouldn\u2019t work to say out loud. It was always a battle. Always.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Johnson said the film\u2019s direction really changed after <strong>Charlie Hunnam<\/strong> decided to exit as Christian Grey, which allegedly spurred James to scrap <strong>Patrick Marber<\/strong>\u2018s script \u2014 and make the movie she wanted to make, much to the chagrin of everyone else, according to Dakota.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Dakota Gives Rare Comment On \u2018Cozy And Private\u2019 Relationship With Chris Martin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The starlet explained:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe\u2019d do the takes of the movie that Erika wanted to make, and then we would do the takes of the movie that we wanted to make. The night before, I would rewrite scenes with the old dialogue so I could add a line here and there. It was like mayhem all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Crazy!<\/p>\n<p>The actress noted that scene where Anastasia and Christian negotiate her sexual contract in the first film is the last hint of Marber\u2019s work, and Dakota still thinks that\u2019s \u201cthe best scene in the whole movie.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So it sounds like there really was a lot of chaos on these sets \u2014 but said chaos apparently didn\u2019t stem from the rumors of a feud between Johnson and her eventual co-star, <strong>Jamie Dornan<\/strong>, like we initially thought.<\/p>\n<p>She said of the actor:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThere was never a time when we didn\u2019t get along. I know it\u2019s weird, but he\u2019s like a brother to me. I love him so, so, so much. And we were really there for each other. We had to really trust each other and protect each other.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Dakota went on to reflect on another shakeup when coming back for the second film, as she had to navigate a \u201cdifferent energy\u201d that came from having a different (read: male) director behind the camera. She shared:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<strong>Sam [Taylor-Johnson]<\/strong> didn\u2019t come back to direct after the first movie, and, as a female, she had brought a softer perspective. <strong>James Foley<\/strong> came on to direct, and he\u2019s an interesting man. It was different doing those bizarre things with a man behind the camera. Just a different energy.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Johnson admitted that even though she hasn\u2019t \u201cbeen able to talk about this truthfully ever\u201d because of movie promotion, she\u2019ll never share the full story:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThere are things that I still cannot say because I don\u2019t want to hurt anyone\u2019s career and I don\u2019t want to damage anybody\u2019s reputation, but both Jamie and I were treated really well. Erika is a very nice woman, and she was always kind to me and I am grateful she wanted me to be in those <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">movies<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And while Johnson is \u201cproud of what we made ultimately,\u201d she wouldn\u2019t necessarily do it again. She admitted:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIf I had known at the time that\u2019s what it was going to be like, I don\u2019t think anyone would\u2019ve done it.
