The NFL commissioner noted that discussions have been underway for more than a year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s an important decision for us because these assets are really valuable to us,\u201d Goodell told CNBC. \u201cI clearly believe we\u2019ll be moving to a streaming service. I think that\u2019s best for the consumers at this stage, but we have so much interest right now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think we\u2019ll probably have some decision by the fall,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Satellite TV giant DirecTV controlled rights to the \u201cSunday Ticket\u201d package for more than two decades and paid an annual price of $1.5 billion for the right to air the weekly slate of NFL <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>s. The current deal expires after the 2022 season.<\/p>\n<p>Speculation has mounted in recent years that the NFL could ditch its longtime partner in favor of a burgeoning streamer.<\/p>\n<p>Streaming giants <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">App<\/a>le and Amazon have already submitted bids for the rights to Sunday Ticket, as has ESPN parent Disney, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/06\/24\/disney-apple-and-amazon-keep-waiting-as-nfl-considers-sunday-ticket-offers.html\">CNBC reported<\/a> last month.
