Musk initially agreed to buy Twitter at $54.20 per share in late April.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"\/>\n<p>In a filing last Friday, Musk\u2019s attorneys accused Twitter of repeated failure to provide accurate info about the spam accounts.
