\u2018Nobody is holding them back\u2019 \u2014 North Korean cyber-attack threat rises &#8220;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.cointelegraph.com\/images\/840_aHR0cHM6Ly9zMy5jb2ludGVsZWdyYXBoLmNvbS91cGxvYWRzLzIwMjItMDcvMTY1ZjdjNTUtN2QwNy00NzMxLWI2NzktOGQwOTA5M2ZmY2RjLmpwZw==.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"post-content\" data-v-2a0745c6>North Korea-backed cyberattacks on crypto and tech firms will only become more sophisticated over time as the country battles prolonged economic sanctions and resource shortages.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Former CIA analyst Soo Kim <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/edition.cnn.com\/2022\/07\/10\/politics\/north-korean-hackers-crypto-currency-firms-infiltrate\/index.html\">told<\/a> CNN on July 10 that the process of generating overseas crypto income for the regime has now become a \u201cway of life\u201d for the North Koreans. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;In light of the challenges that the regime is facing \u2014 food shortages, fewer countries willing to engage with North Korea [&#8230;] this is just going to be something that they will continue to use because nobody is holding them back, essentially.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>She also added that it is likely that their crypto attacking \u201ctradecraft\u201d will only improve from here on. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Even though the tradecraft is not perfect right now, in terms of their ways of <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp;
