Ant Roediger, a managing partner in BCG\u2019s Australia division, stepped in to deliver the speech.<\/p>\n<p>A BCG spokesperson confirmed the scary accident in a statement to the outlet, noting that Lesser was\u00a0\u201cin good spirits, receiving the best of care in Bali and being supported by\u00a0BCG\u2019s Sydney and Jakarta offices.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Post has reached out to BCG for further comment.<\/p>\n<p>Lesser shifted to his role as BCG\u2019s global chair after serving as its CEO from 2013 to 2021, according to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bcg.com\/about\/people\/experts\/rich-lesser\">the company\u2019s website<\/a>.
