And it\u2019s a SUPER simple regimen to follow!<\/p>\n<p>Simply put, Jen thinks we should all just spend less time worrying about our <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>earance and more time connecting with others! She dished:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMy beauty advice is always the same: Look in the mirror less, obsess less, and look at the rest of the world to see what you could be using your time for instead.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Related: Ben Affleck Claimed He Got Divorced &amp; Married On The SAME DAY!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 50-year-old went on to point out that part of the reason Botox, fillers, and plastic surgery have become increasingly popular is because, as a society, we\u2019re all spending WAY more time staring at our faces than we were ever intended to, she added:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe all look at our faces more than people used to, and it doesn\u2019t do you any good. You obsess over changes or how to fix something on your face.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Most importantly, she wants those who do decide to go under the knife to be of an appropriate age to really know what they\u2019re doing, she warned:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMy advice is to look at the mirror less and be cautious when it comes to injecting anything into your face. Be very, very incredibly judicious and wait as absolutely long as possible to add anything.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Guess once you do too much, there\u2019s no going back!<\/p>\n<p>To anyone eager not to show any signs of aging, <strong>Ben Affleck<\/strong>\u2018s baby momma said point blank:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cDon\u2019t think that you\u2019re 37 and you need to be shooting up your face. While speaking to <em>ET<\/em> at the premiere of her <strong>Netflix<\/strong> film <em>The Adam Project <\/em>in February, she teased she \u201cwould have a lot\u201d of advice to tell her younger self, saying:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI would just tell her to grab hold of every opportunity and moment. I would tell her it\u2019s going to be OK. Just keep forging ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Sounds like she follows those words of wisdom when it comes to her beauty, too! And it\u2019s WORKING for her! We\u2019re happy with whatever makes anyone happy, but we\u2019re also glad to see Jen is helping more people be happy in their own skin \u2014 however it may be!
