She knows what resonates. She will have absorbed a lot from this Queen.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>While they are very different individuals, the biographer noted that the 40-year-old and 96-year-old have a lot in common, such as their \u201cquiet stoicism, unerring discretion, and firm loyal,\u201d the outlet reported. We have heard Kate is rather old-fashioned\u2026<\/p>\n<p>They\u2019re also both great at keeping their opinions on contentious political issues private and keeping their public images \u201ctightly controlled.\u201d Sally believes Kate now embodies the Queen\u2019s unofficial motto for public life, which is:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNever complain, never explain.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In other words, stiff upper lip, chaps!<\/p>\n<p>But just because the mother of three is taking after the late <strong>Prince Philip<\/strong>\u2019s wife, it doesn\u2019t mean the Queen is passing out any free \u201clessons.\u201d Insiders say it\u2019s unlikely the Queen has ever instructed Kate on how to prepare for her upcoming responsibilities. Similarly, historian <strong>Sarah Gristwood<\/strong> thinks the Queen treats Kate the same way she would any prime minister. Seriously?? Sarah explained:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe Queen has always preferred to do rather than to say. Sure sounds like it!<\/p>\n<p>Beyond modeling her leadership style after the royal, a friend revealed that the Duchess of Cambridge is pulling from the Queen\u2019s closet \u2014 literally! She regularly borrows jewels on loan from the monarch! Kate\u2019s even starting to wear bright colors during public events to stay most visible to fans, just as Queen Elizabeth has often done. The insider noted:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0\u201c[Queen Elizabeth] has this definitive style, almost like a uniform, which also works for Kate.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Seems like literally stealing the Queen\u2019s style might be going a bit too far, but we get that she\u2019s trying to stay in the Queen\u2019s good graces, all things considered!<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of, as if throwing another jab at Meghan and<strong> Prince Harry<\/strong>, Bedell Smith insisted that the Queen feels comfortable beginning her summer holiday at <strong>Balmoral Castle<\/strong> in Scotland this week knowing that Kate and William are ready for their royal duties:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c[They] are representing the Queen impeccably.
