Resnick also recently redeveloped 315 Hudson St., which is now mainly leased to Google.<\/p>\n<p>CBRE\u2019s Mary Ann Tighe, Ken Meyerson, Todd Lippman and Adele Huang repped Edelman in the lease renewal.
