\n A Florida man captured on viral video hurling racial slurs at a woman last week \u2014 and days later leading cops on a high-speed chase \u2014 has been busted, according to local authorities.<\/p>\n

Jeffrey Adam Rouse, 40, of East Naples, was arrested Saturday after he sped through an intersection at more than 100 mph Friday, leading deputies on a chase, the Collier County Sheriff\u2019s Office said in a statement.<\/p>\n

Deputies ended the chase for the safety of other drivers, authorities said, but police arrested Rouse the next morning at his home.<\/p>\n

Rouse has also been identified as the man who allegedly yelled racist insults to a woman in a disturbing incident caught on camera.<\/p>\n

In a video posted to Twitter<\/a> on Aug. 13,\u00a0which has since been viewed 3.9 million times, Rouse is shown sitting behind the wheel of a car and letting out a high-pitched scream before saying, \u201cTell me how much your life matters.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cF\u2013k you n\u2014-r!\u201d he yells. \u201cThat\u2019s how much your life matters. Nothing!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI literally just got off the highway into Naples and this is the first thing that happ<\/a>ens to me,\u201d the victim tweeted. \u201cLike this man could\u2019ve killed me at a whole red light. FIND THIS MAN!!\u201d<\/p>\n

Detectives are still investigating this encounter.<\/p>\n

Deputies also say Rouse was caught defacing two political signs \u2014 marring one with a racial slur \u2014 outside the Seed to Table market on Immokalee Road on Aug. 8 when someone snapped his photo.<\/p>\n

When he realized he was being photographed, he lashed out at the person and threatened physical harm.<\/p>\n

Rouse was charged with fleeing and eluding, assault and two counts of criminal mischief, authorities said.<\/p>\n

The sheriff\u2019s office is requesting a hate crime enhancement from the State Attorney\u2019s Office.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
