Some weeks, though, the wheels spin so fast it\u2019s like you\u2019re watching a <em>Fast &amp; Furious<\/em> movie. Only the crimes are even more outrageous.<\/p>\n<p>The week began with the shocking <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> that the\u00a0<strong>FBI<\/strong> had executed a search warrant at\u00a0<strong>Donald Trump<\/strong>\u2018s Mar-A-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida. He and his flunkies have come out swinging at the federal government, comparing the raid to the unlawful political persecution you\u2019d find in an authoritarian regime (you know, the kind Trump has consistently praised throughout his political career). They said it was over nothing \u2014 and after the\u00a0<strong>National Archives<\/strong> got involved, making it clear this was about documents Trump had taken from the White House, Trump\u2019s people downplayed it even more. Just some documents? Who cares about that, right?<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlight\">Cue the \u201cLock Her Up\u201d chants\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Trump claimed the FBI\u2019s warrant was being kept from the public because it was so illegitimate. That was his big defense. Of course, he was lying \u2014 he had copies of the warrant, he could have just shown everyone himself. There was a reason he chose not to.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General<\/a> <strong>Merrick Garland<\/strong> knew all this and called his bluff on Thursday, agreeing to unseal the search warrant. Documents marked \u201cTS\/SCI.\u201d What does that mean? Well, when it comes to classified documents, there\u2019s secret, and there\u2019s <em>secret<\/em>. The ranking goes \u201cConfidential,\u201d \u201cSecret,\u201d \u201cTop Secret\u201d\u2026 and ABOVE Top Secret is TS\/SCI. It stands for \u201cTop Secret \/ Sensitive Compartmented Information.\u201d It\u2019s the highest possible level of secrecy and generally pertains to matters of\u00a0<em>national security<\/em>. That\u2019s how serious all of this is.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re talking about documents that can only be viewed in a secure room known as a SCIF. They certainly can\u2019t be taken out and stored in a Palm Beach golf club.<\/p>\n<p>The warrant itself does not say what\u2019s\u00a0<em>in<\/em> these TS\/SCI documents, but we have a good idea thanks to a leak.\u00a0On Thursday night insiders told the <em>Washington Post<\/em> the sensitive docs were related to\u00a0<em>nuclear weapons<\/em>. We\u2019ll let that sink in.\u00a0<em>Nuclear effing weapons<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>There goes the defense that Trump could have declassified the documents on his way out the door. There are docs you can declassify, and then there\u2019s stuff so Top Secret and crucial to national security that even the President can\u2019t wave his hand and make kosher. One of those is our nation\u2019s nuclear secrets.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-charges-trump-could-face\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Charges_Trump_Could_Face\"><\/span>What Charges Trump Could Face<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>So yeah\u2026 Nuclear weapons\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Just a violation of the Presidential Records Act would be a felony on its own (hilariously, that\u2019s thanks to Trump himself who signed a law upgrading the crime from a misdemeanor). But we\u2019re not talking about that anymore. With matters of national security and nuclear secrets involved, we\u2019re looking at much more serious crimes.<\/p>\n<p>According to the warrant, Trump is being investigated for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>removal or destruction of records<\/li>\n<li>obstruction of justice<\/li>\n<li>violating the Espionage Act<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The first one we\u2019ve already been over. Obstruction \u2014 which he previously committed in regards to the Russia investigation, according to\u00a0<strong>Robert Mueller<\/strong> himself, though he suffered zero consequences for it \u2014 is presumably for failure to return the docs when asked.<\/p>\n<p>First off, just the fact the FBI found this stuff apparently means Trump committed these crimes. Just taking them is illegal.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re sure one of the defenses from Trumpland will soon be that it was just some documents that Trump forgot to return, but we\u2019ll remind you that these were kept in a secure location in Trump\u2019s office and the former POTUS would not return them despite numerous attempts over months by the NARA. No, he wanted to hold on to those documents.<\/p>\n<p>That brings us to\u00a0<em>espionage<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"worst-case-scenario\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Worst_Case_Scenario\"><\/span>Worst Case Scenario<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>What could a former President want with nuclear secrets?? Nothing good. There is no legitimate reason a private citizen, even an ex-POTUS should have use for nuclear secrets. Frankly, this is the other shoe dropping for a lot of folks who have been really paying attention to the worst accusations about Trump. We\u2019re talking beyond cheating children\u2019s charities, even grabbing p*****s.<\/p>\n<p>As far back as February 2019 whistleblowers told the House Oversight committee they were concerned Trump was selling nuclear secrets to Saudi Arabia. Sounds like conspiracy theory nonsense, right? We\u2019re right there with you. But as insane as it sounds, THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED. You can still read the report <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/oversight.house.gov\/sites\/democrats.oversight.house.gov\/files\/Trump%20Saudi%20Nuclear%20Report%20-%202-19-2019.pdf\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Why would Trump do this? Well, it\u2019s like\u00a0<strong>Eric Trump<\/strong> said one of the times his dad got accused of racism:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMy father sees one color: Green. That is all he cares about.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>All he cares about is money. Remember, that was said as a compliment! Would a man who only cares about money sell nuclear secrets to another nation? Say, to the Saudis??<\/p>\n<p>Well, in case you didn\u2019t hear, earlier this year Trump\u2019s son-in-law <strong>Jared Kushner<\/strong> got an investment of $2 billion from the Saudis\u2019 sovereign wealth fund. No one can quite figure out why. So there\u2019s that, which you can read more about <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vanityfair.com\/news\/2022\/05\/jared-kushner-affinity-partners-saudi-arabia\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, this could mean we\u2019re talking about more than a violation of the espionage act. We\u2019re no national security experts, but if nuclear secrets were sold to another country, wouldn\u2019t that be considered the big T?? Not Trump. Treason. We\u2019re talking about\u00a0<em>treason<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t think Trump would be willing to risk the safety of our nation and the world for billions of dollars, just look at how he\u2019s attacked \u2014 and is still actively attacking \u2014 faith in our institutions, the sanctity of our elections and the peaceful transfer of power. Even his fans have to know he\u2019s the kind of man that puts his bank account above all things, right?<\/p>\n<p>So what else did we learn?<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"btw-eric-trump-is-full-of-it\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"BTW_Eric_Trump_Is_Full_Of_It\"><\/span>BTW, Eric Trump Is Full Of It<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Well, this isn\u2019t exactly\u00a0<em>breaking news<\/em>, but yes, we do now have proof that Eric Trump\u2019s bluster about Daddy\u2019s attorney not getting to look at the warrant was total B.S. As you can see clearly in the warrant,\u00a0<strong>Christina Bobb<\/strong> SIGNED THE RECEIPTS to show she was indeed told everything the feds were looking for \u2014 and indeed taking out of Mar-A-Lago.<\/p>\n<p>Don himself continues to deny everything, writing on his <strong>Truth <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Social<\/a><\/strong> account Friday morning:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNuclear weapons issue is a Hoax, just like Russia, Russia, Russia was a Hoax, two Impeachments were a Hoax, the Mueller investigation was a Hoax, and much more. Same sleazy people involved.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>(Just a quick fact check \u2014 1.) The Mueller Report did not TOTALLY EXONERATE Trump of Russian collusion, it said they couldn\u2019t find enough evidence due to all the obstruction of justice. It also found the Russians\u00a0<em>did<\/em> help him \u2014 and even led to many charges against Russian bad actors. 2. ) Trump <em>was<\/em> impeached twice, that wasn\u2019t a hoax. He just was never going to be convicted by a Senate that was half Republicans.)<\/p>\n<p>He continued:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWhy wouldn\u2019t the FBI allow the inspection of areas at Mar-a-Lago with our lawyer\u2019s, or others, present. Made them wait outside in the heat, wouldn\u2019t let them get even close \u2013 said \u201cABSOLUTELY NOT.\u201d Planting information anyone? Reminds me of a Christofer Steele Dossier!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As for the accusation that his lawyers weren\u2019t allowed to look over the FBI\u2019s shoulders as they searched, letting civilians observe searches is not standard operating procedure <em>ever<\/em>. This is not a special case.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"trump-tries-whataboutism\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Trump_Tries_Whataboutism\"><\/span>Trump Tries Whataboutism<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You could set this to music. First Trump denies wrongdoing, then he says\u00a0<em>so what it\u2019s not a big deal, Obama did it<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Trump went after his all-time favorite punching bag as he tried to downplay his own investigation by saying Obama took documents, too \u2014 only worse. As usual, with no basis in fact whatsoever, he wrote:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cPresident Barack Hussein Obama kept 33 million pages of documents, much of them classified. How many of them pertained to nuclear? Word is, lots!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He claimed Obama took millions of pages of documents to Chicago and \u201crefused to give them back.\u201d But the National Archives and Records Administration was quick to shut down this false equivalence, saying Obama did NOT, in fact, have any outstanding documents. In accordance with the Presidential Records Act, they explained, Obama\u2019s unclassified presidential records \u2014 note the use of the word\u00a0<em>unclassified<\/em> there \u2014 are stored in one of their facilities, the National Archives in Chicago. The depository, where visitors can go to see the records \u2014 again, that\u2019s the\u00a0<em>unclassified<\/em> ones \u2014 does happen to be in Obama\u2019s hometown. They could also have ended up in one of the facilities in Atlanta, Boston, Denver, New York, or Seattle \u2014 but that wasn\u2019t up to the former President, as the NARA pointed out:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAs required by the PRA, former President Barack Obama has no control over where and how NARA stores the presidential records of his administration.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>So no, Obama doesn\u2019t have any records. In fact, he\u2019d have to pay money to even get copies of them!<\/p>\n<p>We wouldn\u2019t be surprised if we hear several more defenses coming from Trump and his camp as they try to find one that sticks. We\u2019ve learned by now it\u2019ll definitely be enough for his base, hell they choose not to even believe whichever facts they don\u2019t want to. Of course they\u2019ll fall for it. But what will the federal government do? Will they really charge a former President with such serious crimes?
