The album crept its way up to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200, besting The Weeknd\u2019s <em>Dawn FM<\/em>, which was the projected winner.<\/p>\n<p>The Atlanta rapper then surpassed The Weeknd again for a second week in a row on the Billboard R&amp;B\/Hip Hop album chart and continues to have a dominating run while still sitting behind bars.<\/p>\n<p>The 29-year-old and Young Thug were among the 28 YSL affiliates that were hit with RICO charges in May. Gunna was denied bond on two separate occasions and now must remain in jail until his January 2023 trial.<\/p>\n<p>However, Gunna and his legal team are launching a new campaign to secure his release before his trial, and he has a high-profile supporter backing him up. Kim Kardashian joined the Gunna support club last month, calling for his freedom on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c#FreeGunna [Free emoji] [P emoji],\u201d she wrote in a tweet to her 73.1 million Twitter followers, while sharing a screenshot of it on her Instagram Story.<\/p>\n<p>Gunna, who faces one count of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, maintained his innocence in a letter penned behind bars in June.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor now, I don\u2019t have my freedom. But I am innocent,\u201d he wrote. \u201cI am being falsely accused and will never stop fighting to clear my name!
