Walter White\u2019s (Bryan Cranston) in-law. While she wasn\u2019t the only cameo in the episode as a flashback with Saul (Bob Odenkirk) and Walter was among the mix, it was certainly a surprise to see her after all these years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think that was pretty late in the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>,\u201d co-creator and showrunner Peter Gould says of the decision to include the actress. \u201cBetsy Brandt is one of my favorite people in the world and one of my favorite actors. Cheryl certainly is a victim, but she\u2019s a victim of everything that Jimmy and Kim did together,\u201d he adds, acknowledging the widow of Howard Hamlin (Patrick Fabian).<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, Gould and the other creatives wanted there to be a \u201cvoice of the victims\u201d from the period of time when Jimmy was Saul Goodman. \u201cShe felt like that felt like the most credible character,\u201d Gould says. \u201cIt\u2019s a little bit of a parallel between the two episodes. We have these two confrontations with two widows, and they go very differently.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Those two vastly different <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roaches yield differing results, as well, as Gould notes, \u201cKim does the best she could possibly do. He\u2019s such an a**hole. I don\u2019t know what he\u2019s ever done that\u2019s quite as bad as that. And so I\u2019m really delighted when he turns things around later in the episode.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think as he looks at her and thinks about her presence,\u201d Odenkirk says of the court scene, \u201chis feelings, his humanity comes back. He can\u2019t run from it forever.\u201d And for that reason, it\u2019s a touching return for Brandt\u2019s Marie Schrader. What did you think about her appearance?
