Mind\u00a0<\/em>over\u00a0money.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday (August 20), <em>XXL<\/em> shared an Instagram post with the headline: \u201cNBA YoungBoy\u2019s Verse Removed From The Game\u2019s New Album Because YB\u2019s Went Over Game\u2019s Budget Wack 100 Says.\u201d\u00a0Game hopped in the comment section and refuted the notion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI ain\u2019t never paid for a verse in my life n-gga,\u201d he wrote. \u201c200k for a 16 [crying laughing emojis] never &amp; a day blood !!!\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-632497\" src=\"https:\/\/app.hiphopdx.com\/app\/uploads\/2022\/08\/attachment-The-Game-Comment.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1548\" height=\"396\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.hiphopdx.com\/2022\/08\/attachment-The-Game-Comment.png 1548w, https:\/\/static.hiphopdx.com\/2022\/08\/attachment-The-Game-Comment-300x77.png 300w, https:\/\/static.hiphopdx.com\/2022\/08\/attachment-The-Game-Comment-768x196.png 768w, https:\/\/static.hiphopdx.com\/2022\/08\/attachment-The-Game-Comment-1024x262.png 1024w, https:\/\/static.hiphopdx.com\/2022\/08\/attachment-The-Game-Comment-250x64.png 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1548px) 100vw, 1548px\"><figcaption id=\"attachment_632497\" title=\"\"><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The controversy started when The Game\u2019s longtime manager,\u00a0Wack 100,\u00a0was discussing the album in a Clubhouse chat session last week. During the conversation, he claimed \u201cO.P.P.,\u201d his collaborative track with the Baton Rouge-bred r<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>er, was removed from\u00a0<i>Drillmatic: Heart vs. Mind<\/i>\u00a0due to his fee.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSometimes when it comes down to a situation, that I had to make an executive decision about,\u201d Wack explained. \u201cAnd in YoungBoy\u2019s defense, YoungBoy charge n=ggas $300,000 a verse. That\u2019s what he [charges]. That\u2019s what it is. I can\u2019t front, he gave us a helluva deal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut that situation would have cut into marketing overall,\u201d he continued. \u201cSo, I had to make an executive decision whether I wanted to pay the tab he sent me, which was a respectable great tab. It was love. I can\u2019t front. But, that tab would have cut into that, that and that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wack 100 said YoungBoy\u2019s team returned with a discounted price of $150,000, but they declined the offer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe was gon\u2019 do that for the video and everything,\u201d Wack added. \u201cOnce you go to video and <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube<\/a>\u2014he one of the highest streaming individuals on YouTube\u2014you gon\u2019 get your money back in the long-run. Plus, now your artist is tapping into that fanbase that he might not have. Nothing against YoungBoy. YoungBoy didn\u2019t disrespect us, didn\u2019t violate us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>related_article id=\u201d72569\u2033 type=\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a>\u201d]<\/p>\n<p>The Game was also forced to remove the Nipsey Hussle collaboration from <em>Drillmatic.\u00a0<\/em>During another Clubhouse session, Wack accused Nipsey\u2019s brother,\u00a0Samiel \u201cBlacc Sam\u201d Asghedom, of axing the collaboration just hours before the album dropped.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI got a email from my attorney at about 7:30 p.m., an hour and a half before it dropped,\u201d Wack said. \u201cNipsey\u2019s brother put in a demand for it to be pulled. These n-ggas be in they feelings \u2026 [The Game] been the biggest Nipsey supporter ever. N-gga took his Lambo, wrapped it in Nipsey blue, put Nipsey name and face all over his car.
