However, she unintentionally ordered an 8-ounce Wagyu steak, causing the bill to jump to well over $400.<\/p>\n<p>The video<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@ikingdani\/video\/7137081919409229099\"> went viral<\/a> and has served up nearly 2.2 million views and scored 191,700 likes. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy plate was $312 and his was $48,\u201d wrote Daniela in an overlay of text on the video.<\/p>\n<p>The video then showed Daniela\u2019s partner jokingly shaking his head as he inserted his card to pay for the meal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI thought he was going to break up with me,\u201d she said in the video.<\/p>\n<p>Daniela later confirmed that the entire thing had been an accident. \u201cI walked out the restaurant crying,\u201d she wrote. \u201cHe [held] my hand while I was tearing up and told me we were going to laugh about it in a couple of months.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-tiktok wp-block-embed-tiktok\"\/>\n<p>If the bill wasn\u2019t shocking enough, the video has since sparked a debate over who should have paid.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou should\u2019ve offered to pay half. server\u2019s fault. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe server should\u2019ve confirmed that\u2019s what you meant to order given the disparity in the dishes,\u201d defended a user.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been a server and I would have verified in a nonchalant way, \u2018I just want to confirm you want the 8oz Waygu that\u2019s listed on page xyz,\u2019 \u201d another said. <\/p>\n<div &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ened to them. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat happened to me too,\u201d one user quipped. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI thought it was $50, turned out it was $50 PER OUNCE!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To add in-salt to injury, Daniela revealed that she didn\u2019t even enjoy the meal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was the 8 slices of wagyu and some tiny leaves on the side with
