Once again we proven that our campaign was power! <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/4LrmZcHcvS\">pic.twitter.com\/4LrmZcHcvS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Christian Smalls (@Shut_downAmazon) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Shut_downAmazon\/status\/1565447783317995525?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 1, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>The 24-day long hearing, which Amazon had unsuccessfully sought to close to the public, was marked by tense exchanges between attorneys for both sides.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, Lisa Dunn, the agency officer who handled the company\u2019s objections, concluded Amazon\u2019s objections should be entirely overruled and the union be certified as a bargaining representative for the warehouse, a spokesperson for the NLRB wrote in an email.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n    <\/aside>\n<p>\u201cEmployer has not met its burden of establishing that Region 29, the Petitioner, or any third parties have engaged in objectionable conduct affecting the results of the election,\u201d the spokesperson said, offering a summary of Dunn\u2019s recommendation.<\/p>\n<p>Amazon, the union and the agency\u2019s office in Brooklyn have until Sept. 16 to file any exceptions to the report, which would send the case to the regional director, who will issue an order to certify the election results or order a rerun vote. The company could still <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>eal that order\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/biden-politics-national-labor-relations-board-990e1dcc98c7e10a4b534d3881ea8fd7\">to the five-person labor board<\/a>, whose Democratic majority is expected to be sympathetic to the union.<\/p>\n<p>Even when the agency upholds a union victory, experts say companies who don\u2019t want a unionized workforce often refuse to negotiate.
