In the suit, the woman claimed Haddish and Spears \u201cgroomed\u201d her when she was just a teenager nearly a decade ago, and allegedly filmed disturbing and in<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ropriate comedy sketches with her and her little brother, who was just a small child at the time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Tiffany Haddish Speaks Out About Her DUI Arrest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Haddish and Spears both denied the allegations through their respective attorneys at the time of the court filing. However, on Monday morning, Tiffany took to\u00a0<strong>Instagram<\/strong> to tell more of her side of the story.<\/p>\n<p>In a new post to the social media app in which comments are turned off, Haddish conceded that she\u00a0<em>did<\/em> take part in the sketch. She also admitted she has regrets about doing so. And she warned her followers that due to the ongoing nature of the complaint against her and Spears, there is little more she can say right now:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI know people have a bunch of questions. I get it. I\u2019m right there with you. Unfortunately, because there is an ongoing legal case, there\u2019s very little that I can say right now. But,\u00a0clearly, while this sketch was intended to be comedic, it wasn\u2019t funny at all \u2013 and I deeply regret having agreed to act in it. Better to come clean in this way?<\/p>\n<p>Of course, she\u2019s not the only to admit to the troublesome skit took place.\u00a0As Perezcious readers will recall,\u00a0<strong>Funny or Die<\/strong> \u2014 where the skit was uploaded as user-generated content several years ago \u2014 released their own statement last week explaining how they took action to remove the video. In a statement released to\u00a0<em>People<\/em>, the comedy website noted:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cFunny Or Die found this video absolutely disgusting and would never produce such content. We were not involved with the conceptualization, development, funding or production of this video. It was uploaded to the site as user-generated content and was removed in 2018 immediately after becoming aware of its existence.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In a previous statement late last week from Haddish\u2019s lawyer, the star\u2019s rep slammed the suit as a \u201cbogus\u201d claim against her and Spears.
