Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>er paced his seven songs \u2014 pulled from all corners of his five-year solo career \u2014 perfectly, offsetting the session\u2019s darker moments with a light touch.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>            JID kicked the show off with \u201cGalaxy,\u201d the dreamy, jazz-tinged opener of his third studio LP, <i>The Forever Story<\/i>, which arrived August 26 via J. Cole\u2019s Dreamville Records. From there, he brought the audience back in time four years with \u201c<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=FzpJl-i7ZRg\">Workin Out<\/a>\u201d and \u201c<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=AzlcFH27dTU\">Off da Zoinkys<\/a>,\u201d two tracks from his 2018 sophomore album, <i>DiCaprio 2<\/i>, and \u201c<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6eFcSesrP6A\">NEVER<\/a>,\u201d from 2017\u2019s <i>The Never Story<\/i> \u2014 his first full-length outside of Spillage Village (a collective also featuring EarthGang, 6lack, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/hollywoodjb\">Hollywood JB<\/a>, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/jurdanbryant\/?hl=en\">Jurdan Bryant<\/a>, Mereba, and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/avatarbenji\/?hl=en\">Benji<\/a> at various points in time.)
