You can take a screenshot on a Samsung Galaxy Watch too, and it\u2019s not as complicated as you might think.<\/p>\n<p>There are two types of Samsung Galaxy Watch\u2014the newer models that run Wear OS, and the older Tizen OS models. The process for taking screenshots is different on both, but we\u2019ll show you each method.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Take_a_Screenshot_on_a_Galaxy_Watch_Wear_OS\"><\/span>Take a Screenshot on a Galaxy Watch (Wear OS)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Galaxy Watch 4, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/828537\/samsung-galaxy-watch-5-review\/\">Galaxy Watch 5, and newer Samsung watches run Wear OS software. An easy way to know is if the Google Play Store can be found on the watch.<\/p>\n<p>For these watches, press the Home and Back buttons at the same time. Screenshots are automatically sent to your phone; you don\u2019t have to do anything to make that happen.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Take_a_Screenshot_on_a_Galaxy_Watch_Tizen_OS\"><\/span>Take a Screenshot on a Galaxy Watch (Tizen OS)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Galaxy Watch 3 and older Samsung watches run Tizen OS. You can tell if the watch is running Tizen OS if it has the Galaxy Store instead of the Google Play Store.<\/p>\n<p>First, press the Home key (bottom button) and swipe from left to right across the screen. The experience is much easier on the newer Galaxy Watch models with Wear OS, but it\u2019s possible on all Galaxy Watches.
