The filmmaker will be debuting his first documentary film,<strong> <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dancindanproductions.com\/\"><em>Everybody Dance<\/em><\/a><\/strong>, on October 7th to On Demand formats. The release will coincide with <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ndss.org\/syndrome-awareness-month-means\">Down Syndrome Awareness Month<\/a> and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.spinabifidaassociation.org\/blog\/10awarenessmonth2021\/\">Spina Bifida Awareness Month<\/a>, both of which are in October. All the children take lessons from the studio \u201cBallet for All Kids.\u201d The film follows the children&#8217;s journey, starting from when the teacher announces the recital, and up until the big day! His journey began with ballroom dance lessons as a child, which led him to dancing with the Cleveland Ballet. From there, Watt continued to dance his way up, and was eventually choreographing and producing musicals in Los Angeles.<br \/>\n<!-- No repeatable ad for zone: character count repeatable. --><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n<em>\u201cAs a former dancer, dance teacher and choreographer, I have always been fascinated on how studying the arts could be <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>lied in every day life. How the dedication, commitment and determination of arts education could be applied to daily life experiences, so I set out in a journey to find out. But the stories aren\u2019t limited to just the studio, we also take a peak at their home lives and see the daily ups and downs of these inspiring children. Watt explained that the ultimate message of the film is to show that deep down inside, we are all the same. He hopes that the film will not only raise awareness of the special needs community, but will also offer messages of empowerment.<br \/>\n<!-- No repeatable ad for zone: character count repeatable. --><br \/>\nThe film made its official debut at the Santa Barbara Festival earlier this year and later at the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.clevelandfilm.org\/films\/2022\/everybody-dance\">Cleveland International Film Festival<\/a>. The film screened at the Keybank State Theater. Once upon a time, the young Watt worked at the theater as a waiter for the VIP section. Years later, he would return to screen his directorial debut. Watt told <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cleveland.com\/entertainment\/2022\/04\/brunswick-native-dan-watt-showing-everybody-dance-documentary-at-cleveland-international-film-festival.html\">Cleveland.com<\/a> that it was a \u201cfull-circle\u201d moment for him.<br \/>\n<!-- Zone: character count repeatable. --><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n<em>\u201cIt\u2019s a full-circle moment like that, to think this young boy chasing his dreams, working there, being able to see these amazing performers \u2013 and now, my film is back there showing.\u201d<\/em>\n <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>On October 7th, <em>Everybody Dance<\/em> will be available on Amazon Prime, Apple TV, iTunes, and Google Play. Along with directing, Watt is also writer and executive producer.
