But, they understand there\u2019s a big difference between the Olympics, which added breaking to its program for the 2024 Paris <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a>s, and BC One.<\/p>\n<p>As Indianapolis B-Girl and Olympics hopeful Pep C explained: \u201cThe Olympics is really serious, and I get to just wild out here. There are so many rules of what we can\u2019t do with the Olympics. I\u2019m doing this for the fun. Red Bull is interesting. You just have to represent yourself.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYour <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roach has to be yours, but you can\u2019t come out like you don\u2019t know what you\u2019re doing. It has to be within the essence of breaking itself. You can\u2019t come in here and do, like, popping. And that\u2019s pretty legit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"ALI vs CONRAD [B-BOY FINAL] Red Bull BC One USA Cypher Los Angeles 2022\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9aXs3wn1-78?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <em>HipHopDX<\/em> in August,\u00a0Red Bull BC One All-Stars Logistx and Victor Montalvo talked bout how important it is to acknowledge all the elements of Hip Hop culture.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBreaking in particular is one element that had a huge moment in pop culture history, but it\u2019s important to note it hasn\u2019t gone anywhere,\u201d Montalvo, the 2015 Red Bull BC One World Finals champion, told <em>DX.<\/em> \u201cIt\u2019s actually grown massively with communities all over the world, and it\u2019s finally getting the full-time exposure and respect it deserves.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou see more stages, competitions and platforms popping up globally as well as more brands stepping in to offer us sponsorships and support.<\/p>\n<p>He continued: \u201cNot only is that good for [breakers] as individuals but also the community at-large. I\u2019m proud to continue breaking\u2019s legacy while being able to experience this positive shift where we are being recognized for our contribution to Hip Hop.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Logistx \u2014 \u00a0winner of the 2021 Red Bull BC One World Final and the\u00a0youngest to ever hold the coveted title\u00a0\u2014 offered another perspective as a B-Girl.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was talking to one of my friends the other day and I was saying how whenever I meet other b-girls or women in Hip Hop culture, I get one of two energies,\u201d the 19-year-old said.\u00a0\u201cOne of the energies I get is really enthusiastic and friendly, really cooperative and just connected; and then the other energy I get is like this envy or jealousy, almost pettiness, because I\u2019m a female in Hip Hop that has accomplished a certain amount of things.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s like we\u2019re competing against each other. Like, who\u2019s gonna be the first women to do this?
