Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ly for an exemption from US sanctions against Iran in a bid to offer its satellite internet service to the country, owner Elon Musk said on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                &#8220;Starlink will apply for an exemption from sanctions against Iran,&#8221; Musk said in response to a tweet from a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/sciencee\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"5\" title=\"Science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">science<\/a> reporter.<\/p>\n<p>Musk had initially announced that the Starlink satellite internet service had been made available on every continent\u2014&#8221;including Antarctica&#8221;\u2014with the company planning to launch up to 42,000 satellites to boost connectivity.<\/p>\n<p>Iranian-born science journalist Erfan Kasraie had said on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> that bringing the service to Iran could be a &#8220;real <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> changer for the future&#8221;
