The protocol has no set launch date, but it&#8217;s <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/iohk.io\/en\/blog\/posts\/2021\/09\/17\/hydra-cardano-s-solution-for-ultimate-scalability\/\">intended<\/a> for sometime in late 2022 or the first quarter of 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement of the successful launch sent the price of Cardano\u2019s coin ADA upwards by nearly 4% over the last 24 hours to $0.46 according to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coingecko.com\/en\/coins\/cardano\">CoinGecko<\/a> data, although it is still down over 4.5% on the week.<\/p>\n<p><template data-name=\"subscription_form\" data-type=\"crypto_biz\"><\/template>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
