\n At least two more men were shot in the city overnight following an earlier rash of violence in the late afternoon and early evening which left at least one dead, according to cops.<\/p>\n

Just after midnight Wednesday, a 39-year-old man was shot twice in the right arm and once in the torso during a dispute with another man on East 108th Street near Glenwood Road, on the grounds of the Breukelen Houses, cops said.<\/p>\n

He was taken to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.<\/p>\n

About 15 minutes earlier, a 26-year-old man was shot in the left leg on Baltic Street near Hoyt Street, on the grounds of the Gowanus Houses.<\/p>\n

He was taken to Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in stable condition. Cops described him as uncooperative, and the circumstances of the shooting were unclear.<\/p>\n

Hours earlier, a 26-year-old man was shot dead in a suspected drive-by on East 92nd Street and Kings Highway in East Flatbush around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, cops said.<\/p>\n

No arrests had been made by early Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Around 7 p.m., Guardian Angels founder Curtis Sliwa was on hand as two men fired shots at each other near West 98th Street and Broadway before fleeing into the Frederick Douglass Houses.<\/p>\n

Sliwa said he pursued the gunmen, but couldn\u2019t catch them.<\/p>\n

At about 6 p.m., a 39-year-old man was struck in the left arm and a 19-year-old was shot twice in his right leg during a Harlem shooting. Both men went to Harlem Hospital and are expected to survive.<\/p>\n

And just after 5 p.m., four people \u2014 ages 17, 18, 19 and 21 \u2014 were shot in a driveby on 21st Street near 34th Avenue in Astoria just after 5 p.m., cops said.<\/p>\n

Police did not immedia<\/a>tely release the total number of shootings reported citywide Tuesday.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
