\n A Black Lives Matter protestor told a cheering crowd in Portland that she wanted \u201cfilthy, disgusting animal\u201d cops to \u201cfry like bacon\u201d \u2014 as she declared a \u201cwar\u201d where militants should \u201cshoot back\u201d in a disturbing speech captured on video.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a war, guys \u2026 We\u2019re getting ready to get armored up around here,\u201d declared Letha Winston, whose son, Patrick Kimmons, was shot dead by cops in 2018 as he charged toward them seconds after he shot two men.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will continue with my mission by any means necessary,\u201d she added \u2014 repeating \u201cby any means necessary\u201d several times as she spoke for more than an hour Sunday in front of the Oregon city\u2019s Justice Center.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know you got a gun, but so do I \u2026 Go ahead and shoot me \u2014 I\u2019m shooting back,\u201d she told the cheering crowd, addressing them as \u201ccomrades.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re here to take our streets back,\u201d she said of the Black Lives Matter movement.<\/p>\n

In other clips taken by a reporter for The Oregonian, she calls cops who pull black drivers over \u201cliars\u201d if they claim it is for anything but the color of their skin, adding that any such officer is a \u201cfilthy, disgusting animal\u201d who should \u201cgo to hell.\u201d<\/p>\n

Of officers involved in police shootings, she said, \u201cThey need to hang you high. \u2026 they need to send you to the electric chair and let you fry like a piece of burnt bacon.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also admits she wishes the Minnesota cops charged with killing George Floyd in May \u2014 the death that sparked 83 nights of protest in Portland \u2014 had died at birth.<\/p>\n

\u201cYour mother\u2019s umbilical cord should have wrapp<\/a>ed around your neck and choked you just the way you choked George Floyd, you filthy animal,\u201d she told the crowd to cheers, the clips show.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt should have wrapped around your neck so many times to where you yelled, \u2018I cannot breathe!’\u201d she said, referring to Floyd\u2019s refrain as a cop pinned him with a knee on his neck for almost eight minutes.<\/p>\n

Winston\u2019s 27-year-old son had opened fire five times, injuring two men, before he was shot dead as he ran toward two officers who say he had his gun drawn, according to The Oregonian. Both officers were cleared of any wrongdoing by a grand jury.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
